Pump, with Hannah Bryant, Monday and Friday nights at 6pm, from January 2008

A total body resistance workout, taken in our studio with Hannah. By now, everyone knows that weight training is essential for everyone, whether your goals are to drop bodyfat or add muscle. Anyone trying to lose weight and getting nowhere fast, get into Pump and speak to Hannah about how you can drop weight fast.

Circuit Training with Brian Ellicott,

Another total body workout, incorporating cardio drills, muscular endurance and core stability training.

The circuit changes every 3-4 weeks, great fun, and can be completed by trainers of all ages and abilities.

Pilates with Claire Long, Thursday nights at 6pm

Develop flexibility and core strength, plus relaxation and strength improvements. Fully qualifed instructor.

Yoga with Claire Parker, Friday mornings at 9am.

Develop your flexibility and learn to relax with the ancient art of Yoga. Fully qualified instructor.


Central Dojo Martial Arts

All taken by Sensei Dave Owen (5th Dan), Including:


Shotokan Karate

- Adults and children's classes. Fitness, control, flexibility and discipline, with the best instructor in the country. Regular gradings.


Fighting Fit

- Adults and children's classes, a non-contact session were participants learn punching and kicking techniques and drills, as well as practise pad work.


CQB

- The most advanced of all the sessions, focussed on fighting techniques. This is a session that Dave uses to train marines and the armed forces, a superb workout.



In addition, we run childrens dance classes, taken by Pollyanna from the Buckingham Dance Studios, and our own Lions Junior Fitness program.
