Who can workout with us?
Children can start Lions from age 7, provided they are deemed able by the instructors.
At age 7 our primary focus is to develop movement, strength and co-ordination, whilst educating young people as to the dangers of a bad diet, the importance of attitude and personal responsibility.
Sessions will include the teaching of basic resistance movements, first aid, ball skills, team games, dance, self-defence, martial arts and many more.
7-11
This age group will work out in the studio at 9am on Saturday mornings.
Please ensure your child is on time, comes with a drink of water, and in suitable clothing for the session (see terms and conditions).
If you wish to wait for your child, you may do so in the café area.
Children are expected to be on time for each session, bad timekeeping will not be tolerated.
Our doors will be open 5 minutes before each session starts, and children will be available for collection from 5 minutes prior to the end of the class.
Please ensure you are on time for collection.
11-16
This age group will workout on the main equipment in the gym area, on Saturday mornings from 8am to 9pm.
Prior to any students starting exercise, they must undertake a private gym induction with an instructor (contact us to arrange).
Parents must complete an informed consent form for each child prior to any exercise being completed.
