Lions - The Winners 2000 Juniors Program

Winners Junior Program

Midweek Group Training - Rugby Skills

The Wednesday afternoon session at 4pm is a chance for any children interested in rugby to come and have some fun. This session is taken by an RFU qualified coach, and is set up for children from age 5 to learn the basics of the sport.

It is parent's responsibility to ensure children are dropped off and collected safely. For details contact Jon Ellery on 07912053885, or via email to jon@winners2000.co.uk.

Personal Tuition for Your Children

Winners Junior Program

If your children demonstrate extra special talents in a particular field, or if you want the to improve their health and fitness, or just to be around positive role models, then set up some personal training with a coach from our club.

We have had great results with this service, both with children that were showing behavioural problems, and with those who had health problems, in particular those that are adding too mc weight. The modern western diet, based on grains and sugars, is largely responsible for the problems young people face today. And with this generation predicted to die before their parents, there is a real need to ensure your child is eating as they need to be, and exercising sufficiently to keep them healthy at the very least.

Prices are available on request, and these can take place at a mutually convenient time.

Gradings

Winners Junior Program

Gradings are held every 12 weeks, and only children who demonstrate the key abilities in the group sessions will be put forward to grade.

The criteria required for each grade is listed on the gradings page of this site.

Grades will not be given away, please be prepared for your children to fail gradings, and have to re-sit them if they do not make the required standard.

We feel it is important that children understand from a young age that they must work hard to achieve things, and not be handed them on a plate.

Gradings charge will be £15. This is only paid once per grade, so should your child fail to pass first time, they do not have to pay again for that grading.
