Induction

£49 for 3 sessions

This 3 session process is conducted with a qualified personal trainer and covers a review of your targets and goals, your training program and dietary advice. This is to ensure your training experience with us is effective, safe and that you enjoy coming to the gym.

12 Months GOLD (unlimited use)

£299 or £35 a month Direct Debit

12 Months SILVER (off peak until 4pm)

£249 or £29 a month Direct Debit

Services Membership (emergency services and armed forces)

£240 or £24 a month Direct Debit (12months)

Student membership

£29 per month, £15 Induction & Upgrade Fee

For safety and ensure they make the best use of their training, all students must have an induction before using the gym.

Holiday guest Pass

£20 for 1 week

Only available for holiday gym members on holiday in the area.

Corporate membership

Corporate memberships are available for groups, starting from 5 members upwards.
