Barbell Curls

Barbell Curls are a great choice for anyone trying to build bigger and stronger arms. They also involve the abdominals and front shoulders. Key points to consider, stand tall and maintain a sound posture throughout the movement. As you lower the weight you will feel a temptation to lean forward, thus taking the work away from the biceps. Lower the weight slowly to avoid this. Concentrate on keeping your elbows tight to the sides of your body and feeling a squeeze at the top of the movement.
