Vertical Chest Press

The vertical chest press is a safe and effective choice for all standards of trainers. It works mainly the chest and triceps muscles, whilst also involving the front shoulders, abs and forearms. Key points to remember, as with all exercises keep your abs tight and maintain a sound neutral posture. Exhale as you push the weight slowly forward and then inhale as the weight comes back towards your body. Choose your sets and reps to match your training goal.
