Exercise Demos - Back
Reverse Grip Pulldowns
The reverse grip pulldowns are a great movement for strengthening and thickening the back and the biceps muscles. It is also is a great choice for anyone sat down all day, and has postural problems. Again, if you are an advanced trainer, reverse your breathing so that you inhale as you pull the bar down to touch your chest. Also, maintain a neutral spine position throughout the movement, do not overarch your back and throw your abdominals through, thus shortening your lumbar back. This exercise is also a great way to build your biceps.
