Tricep Pushdowns

The tricep pushdown is a safe and basic movement that works the back of the ram effectively, whatever level you are at. It can also be done with a variety of attachments. Using the straight bar will work all three heads of the triceps equally, depending on your hand position. Try to keep your elbows tight to the side of your body, and your abs drawn in throughout the exercise.
